DISCOVER

As we engage with you, we gather information to help discover and determine your current organizational culture and environment. To determine the most effective coaching and assessment approach, we aim to understand the challenges and concerns from the organizational and individual perspective.

COMMIT

Based on the information gained in the discovery phase, you and your coach enter into an agreement/contract to work together, identify specific, measurable goals, and commit to an action plan to achieve those goals. We will connect and align your activities, performance, and behavior to reach your goals. We will help you develop and implement an action plan, and we’ll provide accountability and follow-up.

DEVELOP

We put the coaching plan into action and engage the coachee through twice per month one-on-one meetings. We utilize insightful questioning and targeted activities including case studies, scenarios and role-plays to build current strengths and competencies while improving attitude and developing more effective behaviors.

PERFORM

Based upon feedback and assessments, you work on new behaviors and incorporate them into your immediate and broader organizational environment. One-on-one meetings with coach continue to support and validate your performance improvements.

EVALUATE

We collect and evaluate feedback as you execute your development plan. Monthly, we meet to assess new behaviors and ascertain the effectiveness and impact on the desired outcomes and results. We create a plan for long-term continuous development and generate resources for future use. Then, we celebrate your achievement!
