Lloyd Biddle has spent more than three decades leading people, developing teams, and helping others become better at the work that matters most.
Before entering ministry, Lloyd built a successful Fortune 500 career in sales and sales management. As a top-producing sales professional, sales manager, and executive, he learned firsthand what it takes to deliver results while developing people to take greater ownership, grow their capabilities, and perform at a higher level.
Today, Lloyd brings that experience to his work with managers and leaders. He focuses on the parts of leadership that often determine whether a team thrives or struggles: setting clear expectations, holding people accountable, having difficult conversations, developing employees instead of simply directing them, responding effectively to change, and helping people do their best work.
Lloyd also serves as Lead Pastor of Connection Church in Libertyville, Illinois. His experience leading in both business and ministry has shaped a clear conviction: leadership is about more than getting results. It is also about the responsibility a leader accepts for how they influence, develop, and serve the people they lead.
He is the author of Live on Purpose: Learn. Do. Teach. and an Inclusion Institute Certified Diversity Practitioner through The People Company Consulting Group. Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Arts in Theology from Wheaton College.
