Allison Cooley is the founder and CEO of Effectability, LLC, a Madison, WI based firm, Allison’s unique approach to leadership development, performance coaching and organization development enables her to consistently inspire great results. Since 1990, Allison has made an impact on more than 20,000 individuals across the US in her workshops, retreats, meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions. She builds key capabilities in leadership, communication, conflict and change management, emotional intelligence and organizational goal alignment that ultimately form positive cultures and create high performing teams. Her ability to unpack complex problems and perceptively ask the right questions drives leaders and teams to sort through the clutter and see around the next corner. Allison is an Inclusion Institute Certified Diversity Practitioner through The People Company Consulting Group LLC, a Board Certified Coach (Center for Education and Credentialing), a Certified Executive Coach (Center for Executive Coaching) and is accredited by CAPT as a Myers-Briggs practitioner. She is DiSC certified (Wiley) and is a certified trainer for Richardson, CPP and Erickson & Company. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UW-Eau Claire and her master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota, and holds an organization development certificate from Linkage, Inc. Over her career, she has worked for and with a variety of small and large organizations in many different fields including PwC, American Family Insurance, Medtronic, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and Proctor & Gamble.
