Carry Less. Lead More. Create Change.
This Room Is for Women Who Carry Real Responsibility.
The SHIFT is designed for senior women whose decisions affect people, culture, performance, and the direction of an organization.
You may be a CEO, executive, founder, senior people leader, business leader, or someone whose title doesn’t fully describe the responsibility you carry.
You don’t need to be burned out.
You don’t need to be in crisis.
But you do need to be willing to look closely at your leadership.
Experience can make us better leaders. It can also make us repeat ways of working that no longer serve us.
What got you here may not be what you need for what comes next.
We limit The SHIFT to 10 senior women leaders because the size of the room changes the quality of the conversation.
Everyone has a voice.
There is time to stay with a difficult question.
And you don’t have to compete for airtime or perform expertise.
What Are You Carrying Because It Truly Belongs to You?
And what are you carrying because you have always been the one who can?
That distinction matters.
At The SHIFT, we will examine the responsibilities, expectations, habits, and assumptions shaping how you lead right now.
Some will need to stay.
Some need to change.
Some may need to be put down altogether.
We will look at the decisions you make under pressure, the boundaries you maintain—or don’t—the conversations you postpone, and where your leadership may be costing more of you than it needs to.
You will have room to work through real questions, not hypothetical case studies.
Your leadership. Your decisions. Your next move.
What Our Two Days Together Look Like
DAY ONE | OCTOBER 8
1:00–7:00 PM
REIMAGINE + RECOVER
Start With the Leader Behind the Role.
Before deciding what needs to change, you need to see clearly what is happening now.
Day One gives you the chance to step outside the pace of your work and look at the expectations you carry, where your energy is going, the pressures affecting how you show up, and the patterns that have become so familiar you may no longer question them.
Through guided reflection, candid conversation, Courage Circles, and facilitated discussion, you’ll work on the leadership issues that deserve more attention than your schedule usually allows.
You don’t have to perform leadership here.
You get to examine it.
The question for Day One:
What am I carrying that is shaping how I lead?
DAY TWO | OCTOBER 9
10:00 AM–4:00 PM
RISE + REBUILD
Turn Insight Into Decisions.
Day Two moves from what you noticed to what you’re going to do about it.
What will you keep doing?
What needs to stop?
Where do you need a clearer boundary?
What conversation needs to happen?
What deserves more of your attention?
We’ll work through the choices affecting your capacity, relationships, accountability, decision-making, and the way others experience your leadership.
Then you’ll turn what you’ve discovered into specific commitments you can take back to your organization.
The question for Day Two:
What will I do differently because I gave myself this time?
What Shifted?
After our last SHIFT, we asked participants what changed for them.
One told us:
“I feel more empowered, supported, and less isolated as a leader.”
Another described The SHIFT as:
“A great opportunity to pause, connect, and reset.”
One participant had been wrestling with a difficult leadership decision:
“I knew what I needed to do all along. I needed time to reflect and say it out loud what I feared. What was holding me back.”
And another described the experience this way:
“I felt embraced for who I was, supported to be who I desired; seen and refreshed.”
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from learning more.
It comes from finally having enough room to hear what you already know.Â
You Have Enough Leadership Content.
You can find another leadership book, podcast, conference, assessment, webinar, or framework before lunch.
Access to information isn’t the problem.
The harder part is having the time to decide what any of it means for you.
That’s why The SHIFT is small.
10 women. Two facilitators. Two days.
Bring the decision you’ve been postponing.
The situation you keep replaying.
The boundary you know is overdue.
The opportunity you’re considering.
The question you can’t ask just anywhere.
You’ll be with women who understand what it means to be responsible for a lot—and who don’t need you to prove that you belong in the room.
Come with what is real.
That’s where we’ll begin.
