The People Company Inclusion Institute™ Diversity Practitioner Certification Program





Curriculum



The People Company Inclusion Institute™ Certification Program involves 6-days of on-site classroom curriculum (over three months—2 days per month) leading to the Inclusion Institute™ Certified Diversity Practitioner (IICDP) designation. In addition, assignments and readings from are required prior to the on-site program. Participants will be emailed the assignments one month prior to the start of the program. The CDP examination is administered during the final day of the program. Curriculum will be updated and additional content added in order to assure relevancy of the latest developments in diversity, equity and inclusion practice.
